Q: Are your online transactions safe and secured?
A: YES… MFC Surf is Bulletproof!!! All of our online orders are protected by the highest standard of security, integrity and customer care possible. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that encrypts the information that flows between your computer and computer when you place an order. By using this method it means that a secure connection has been made, and credit card and other personal information can be sent safely and securely. MFC Surf uses Authorize.net and is a Verified Merchant.
Q: When do you charge my credit card?
A: We only charge your credit card the day your order is shipped.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept the 3 major forms of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Phone Orders and Fax Orders. USA customers can also pay for their order by money order. However, goods will not be shipped until payment has been received and successfully processed.
Q: What addresses do you ship to?
A: We use the US postal services therefore we can ship to physical home/work addresses or PO Boxes.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: All orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to our proccessing and shipping your order. Please email Customer Service with your order number and name. Please note that if goods have been shipped, a return fee will be with held.
Q: What is your policy on faulty items?
A: If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged item, please email Customer Service and have your name and order number followed by a description of the faulty item. If you are returning a product due to defect, improper item or damage due to shipping, contact us at Customer Service and we will help you with your return.

4- The reason for the return - Specify return, damaged or defective
5- Submit the email to us
6- Wait for a response with a return authorization number

Shipping Options and Rates for Direct Orders
MFCsurf.com offers United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority Mail, USPS Global Express Mail, or FedEx International Express service depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase. We have found these options to the be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced. To determine an international shipping cost, simply place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart, and choose your country in the dropdown box on the cart page. After you choose your country, click the shipping dropdown box above your named country to see the available shipping options and prices. Following are time in transit estimates for each type of international shipping option:
USPS Global Priority - 6-10 business days
USPS Global Express - 4-8 business days
FedEx International Priority - 2-3 business days
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Tactics.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
